What Is CBT?
CBT is a type of talk therapy that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It helps you understand how your thoughts affect your feelings and actions.
How It Work :
In CBT, you work with a therapist to identify unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. You then learn to challenge and replace these thoughts with more balanced ones. For example, if you often think, “I’m not good enough,” CBT helps you change that thought to, “I am capable and have strengths.”
